Patterns
- Symptoms: Delayed menstruation, small quantity, light and dull colour, thin and clear quality, achy lower back and weak legs, dizziness and tinnitus, clear and thin leukorrhea, dim and dull face, or dark patches on the face.
- Tongue: Pale and dull tongue with thin white coating
- Pulse: Deep and Thready
- Treatment strategy: Strengthen kidney, tonify qi and nourish blood to regulate menstruation
- Formula: Da Bu Yuan Jian
- Acupoints:
- Symptoms: Menstruation, small quantity, light colour, thin quality, empty pain in Xiao Fu, dizziness and blurred vision, palpitation, insomnia, dry skin, pale and a wilted face.
