Methods of Stimulating Acupoints in Animals

by Phil Rogers
The Chinese term zhen-jiu literally means needling (zhen) & cautery (jiu), or acupuncture & moxibustion in English. Though needling & moxibustion are the main methods used today, many other methods, invasive and non-invasive are used also. This article discusses methods of stimulating acupoints in animals. For more detail, see Parts 1, 2, and 3 of "Techniques of Stimulation of the Acupuncture Points", starting at tinyurl.com/noblf.
