Slide in like butter with no discomfort whatsoever. Used them on all my patients in place of the usual needles I'd been using. A number of patients commented on change in sensation when inserting and achieving De Qi. Worth the extra though from an environmental point of view I may still use my 'usual' brand too. Tough decision as these are great.
