How to Locate Acupuncture Points - The Definitve DVD
I purchased this DVD as a study aid for preparing for the Point Location station for my acupuncture licensing exam retake. I'd been having trouble with my precision in locating points and realized that I needed to be more systematic in locating landmarks and more accurate in my cun measurement. The DVD is excellent. The instruction is clear and easy to follow and helped to boost my confidence and strengthened my skill in discerning landmarks, accurately measuring cun and locating the points. As a visual and experiential learner, I especially appreciated the use of live "patients" and practitioners. The blow by blow commentary of the practitioner and the skilful filming really helped me to see what I need to be palpating for and how to do it successfully. This DVD is the course that I wish I had in school. I am buying a copy of this to donate to my school to help other students become more skilful in this important part of being a good acupuncturist.
By the way, I passed my retake and am now fully certified and practising as an acupuncturist.
