Shaoyang (Lesser yang) Disease is a special stage and condition seen in febrile diseases, when the pathogen is half outside, half inside, half excess and half deficient. It manifests as alternating chills and fever, chest and costal discomfort, reluctant to speak and eat with restlessness and nausea.
