In Taiwan, a lineage of Chinese doctors has continued the teachings of Classical Chinese Acupuncture used in today’s clinic for various ailments. They have combined the teachings of the well-known Hua Tuo Bian Que as well as other Chinese medical experts and Daoists practitioners and have continued to teach this wealth of knowledge thru disciplineship. Dr. Robidoux is part of this lineage and has learned the complete system. She will teach a comprehensive course on the classical acupuncture techniques of this school.

This course will fully describe the origin and understanding of 60 extra classical points; how they correlate to the body; how they respond to the 5-element theory, how they relate to the post-heaven eight trigram (hou tian ba gua) and the meridian theory. This course includes the localization of each point and the understanding of their applications in clinical environment. The teachings will specialize in treating pain but will also include the treatment of other ailments.
