Nourishing Destiny

This book is an essential read for anyone interested in Chinese Medicine. It has a good mix of the traditional texts along with the embodiment of these into actions and case studies.
The book looks at many aspects of Chinese Medicine, bringing the, often difficult, concepts into clarity for the reader.
