- Use the navigation bar on the left hand side to find the category your product is under.
- Type what your looking for in the search box and see if it's there.
- Click on the 'Recently Viewed' link up on the top right. If you viewed the product recently, it should be displayed there.
- If you still can't find what you're looking for, then send contact us.
To purchase one of our products, follow these easy steps:
- Browse the store and find a product you would like to purchase.
- Add this product to your shopping basket by clicking 'Add to Basket'.
- Continue to browse the store or go to checkout by clicking 'Go To Checkout'.
- If your a new user, click on 'Please click here to open an account'. For existing users, simply login using your user name and password. You'll be able to select your previously stored address details and view your order history.
- For new users opening an account, just type in your email address, a password you can easily remember and your contact details. Then click the 'Create My Account'. You'll then get an email straight away telling you that your account has been created. It will also provide you with your user name and password, so please keep this email in a safe place.
- Next, select where you want the order posted to. You can either use the address you just created (called the billing address) or you can select to use another address (called the delivery address).
- You will now be taken to the Payment Details page. Here you select how you want to pay the order. We either except several credit cards, debit cards, cheques (Pounds Sterling only) or Paypal. Remember if you have an offer code or gift certificate number, enter that FIRST and click the apply button, before you select to pay by bank card, cheque or Paypal. Here you can also select how you want the order shipped, i.e. First Class, Second Class or Courier (for international orders outside the UK, there is Royal Mail International). After you have selected your options, click the 'Continue to Next Step' button.
- This is the final page. Check that all the details are correct. If not, click the edit buttons to change them. Once you are ready check the box to agree with our Terms and Conditions and click the 'Place Order!' button. If you selected to pay by bank card, you'll be redirected to our secure payment site where you can enter your bank details with piece of mind. If you selected to pay by Paypal, you'll be redirected to the Paypal web site where you need to sign into your Paypal account and pay the order. If you chose to pay by cheque, you'll be taken to the confirmed order page.
- Print off your order for your records. An email confirming your order will be send to you immediately. Once the order has been marked as paid, you'll get another email advising you. When the order has been processed and dispatched, you'll get another email advising you when it was posted.
- Select the digital material, for example articles, video lectures or ebooks, that you wish to purchase.
- Add them to your basket and take them to checkout.
- Once paid for, links will be dispatched to you, which will allow you to download and open the digital material. (Please note you need Adobe Acrobat to read articles and ebooks)
- You are then able to either print or save articles and ebooks.
- If you didn't get the email with the download links, then you can download each digital product from your account, by logging in, selecting Order History and then View Order Details.
- Tax (otherwise known as sales tax or VAT) is applicable on all taxable products sold on the site www.chinesemedicinetimes.com, to individuals living with the European Economic Community. If you are a business operating within the European Economic Community (except within the UK) and supply your registered tax number, you are eligible for zero tax. In such cases enter your registered tax number in the comments box at the end of the checkout process and the tax on the order will be refunded.
