Hi all,
Can anyone recommend any Tai Chi and Qi Gong DVDs. I am looking to sell these within the journal's bookshop, so they should be good quality. Anything from beginner to advanced would be useful.

As I have very few opportunities to take organized qi gong and tai chi classes, I own some dvds.
The first one I ever purchased, and excellent for beginners, may sound a bit 'cheesy' but it is easy to follow and not frustrating to 'get'. It's Tai Chi for Weight Loss with Scott Cole. Again, not the purest of Tai Chi forms, but for someone looking to just try it and see if they like it, you can quickly learn the moves and feel the flowing movement of the series. I think this one is by Natural Journeys.
My most recent dvd purchase has been Earth Qi Gong for Women, the book is amazing and I just got the dvd today but I have high hopes for it!
I also think the dvd's done by Gaiam are always well done and easier to follow. The Tai Chi Daily Practice is my favorite from them.
I know nothing can beat learning with a teacher, but sometimes a dvd is the only way to actively begin to incorporate it into someone's day.
