I am a new practitioner, just barely a year. I would like to add various teas for sale. Any ideas where I can purchase teas wholesale? Does anyone have any favorites that are a "must have"? Any advice on setting up a "line of teas" for sale? It is not my intent to have 40-50 types of teas, just a few different, pleasant tasting teas that my patients may like to purchase and take home.

While puerh and oolong are wonderful teas, since you live in AZ you may want to sample green and white teas, which are more cooling (assuming you've not too deficient from school) Here's a website for a place I like to go drink (and buy) tea

It's most important to understand each tea's characteristics from a TCM perspective in order to direct your patients to the right stuff- good luck!

Hi, I am a practicing Acupuncturist in Australia and I too would like to learn more about the TCM aspects of the teas, i.e., the nature, flavor, what channels each tea enters, etc. Is there a book that would help? Can they be purchased in Australia or imported??? Can anyone help me??
